Why Do We Suffer?

Suffering lies there in your mind while you think.
Thought is the constant food of suffering.
Without that mental support, psychic suffering ceases to be.
There is no suffering without thought.

In reality, there is no suffering to get rid of.
Suffering is an idea with emotional meaning.
And as such, it is not an organic movement.
What is there is just a thought about suffering?

Life is not thought, nor is thought life.
Suffering is purely a mental process.
That it is not born or grows in the outer physical field.
Therefore, it is not an organic matter.

Life is there to be experienced and not to be thought about.
It doesn’t matter what you’re thinking about.
Life is not interested in what you do or stop doing.
Life goes on with or without thought.

You dedicate your energy to suffering rather than living fully.
To think and fight trying to free yourself from suffering is to suffer.
All struggle is suffering. It is not like this? Have you experienced it?
Since you cannot stop thinking, and thinking is suffering, you will always suffer.
You have no way out, you are trapped.
.
As long as you think obsessively about suffering, and use another thought to free yourself, you will remain trapped in the mind.
The only way out is to accept life as it is.
Not as a thought but as a revelation of yourself.
Is it possible to do that?

The action of life, and not thinking, is liberation from suffering.
Thought shapes suffering until it becomes part of it.
When that happens you don’t live, you suffer.
Can you stop thinking and living?

Memories are mental images that do not allow you to accept the reality of life as it is happening, and when that happens, you stop living within the field of existence to lock yourself deeply in a mental image that does not allow you to live in the present moment.
Then your life becomes insignificant.

You have been told that remembering is living and you accepted it without question.
That’s nonsense, they’ve been fooling you and you believed it.
I ask: Is that statement real?
Isn’t it remembering to suffer?

Find out for yourself without accepting what others have said.
What is said here cannot be true for you.
The moment you see it for yourself, it makes what I’m saying stale and untrue.

On the other hand, physical pain or suffering is normal, it is part of life, which we have to accept because it is a defense mechanism that the physical organism uses to defend itself.
There is no thought there, only acceptance.
Accepting physical pain and acting is living smart.
